Outline Key User Market is an independent key seller, without an official affiliation claim.

Daily keys last 24 hours, Weekly keys 168 hours from issuance. Each purchase creates a new key. Devices share the purchased quota.

Deposit handling fee: 100 MMK. First approved deposit: 5% bonus, capped at 5,000 MMK. Promotional credit is non-withdrawable. Admin verifies every deposit; key purchases are automatic after wallet funding.

Usage enforcement is periodic. Small quota overshoots may occur. Last synced usage is shown.

Private receipt and key data are accessible only to authorized accounts. Contact the owner about payment disputes and refund requests. Final support contact, retention and refund terms must be confirmed before live selling.
